2023 Graduate Work

In 2023 I completed my Bachelor of Fine Art, wherein I focused on the ways in which peoples childhoods affect their present selves, and the ways in which people contain their thoughts and feelings. I created a series of three lockets which represent various people in my life. Each locket has a unique way of opening and closing, mirroring the various ways in which people conceal and reveal parts of themselves and their inner world. In addition to this I created a series of three red carts, an ode to childhood and play, allowing the audience to engage in play with the moving carts and encourage whimsy and connection to their childhood selves.
